Objections

Objection #1

Objection #2

Objection #3

1.0 Location & Territory

1.1 Where is the proposed location to build the first Holy Eutopian Society?

We have a list of prospect locations where we would like to establish Holy Eutopia, and they are as follows, from most favorable to least favorable:

Plan A - Bir Tawil, Nubian Desert, Africa

Plan B - A territory on the Big Island of Vanua Levu, Republic of Fiji

Plan C - In Akwa-Ibom State, Nigeria, nearby the Southwestern coastline

Plan D - Somewhere in Myanmar

1.2. How much land is Holy Eutopia requesting for their initial establishment?

We would be requesting from our benefactor nation, around 15,000 - 20,000 acres. The region of Bir Tawil, if we are able to attain it, is 2,060 km^2 (1,280 m^2).

1.3. Our Potential Means to Acquire the (?) Territory

In the event that we are not able to obtain Bir Tawil, then the following measures should be taken which pertain to the establishment of an enclave Holy Eutopian micronation within a greater surrounding benefactor nation.

1.3.1. Option A

It is our most hopeful and ideal aspiration that the (Plan A, B, C, or D) Nation graciously bestows upon us the (?) Territory as a gift to Elohim (God) and His people—a good gift that proceeds out of the kindness of their hearts. This then would be a favor that we would want to return to the (?) Nation, also as a gift—several gifts in fact—which would bless their nation spiritually, economically, socially, yea, even bless them beyond what they could fathom. This is a form of reciprocity in gift economics, only on a national level—albeit the highest form of reciprocity.

1.3.2. Option B

If Option A is not in the interest of the (?) Nation, then perhaps they might find resolve in Option B. That is, our acquisition of the (?) Territory could be on a lease-to-own basis over a 15 to 30 year period. We would then make quarterly or monthly payments over the course of 15 to 30 years in addition to the points mentioned below. This is our second most desired preference.

2.0 Precursory Organization Structure

2.1 Is Holy Eutopia an Organization or a Corporation?

For now, Holy Eutopia will exist as a legal non-profit organization in America.

3.0 Government

3.1. What is the form of government within Holy Eutopia?

There are at least two primary forms of government within Holy Eutopia. The chiefest form will be a Theocratic Patriarchal Judiciary, and it is run by a council of judges we call a ‘Nazarene Sanhedrin’. This is the highest top-down model.  This means that, ultimately, Elohim (God), the One True Creator of Heavens and Earth, to Him we invite and hand over the reigns of complete and final authority and rulership. And in His Providential Dominion, He wields complete guidance and control over our society as our Heavenly King. Then on Earth we have tiers of court systems composed of the most qualified learned elders, judges, and sages of our people--all men leaders. The highest court on Earth is our Nazarene Sanhedrin, and then there are lesser courts dispensed according to the various regions of our territorial domains. We also have a bottom-up model of government, where we have designated qualified elders stationed over tens, fifties, hundreds, thousands, and tens of thousands of people.

3.2. What policies can be put in place or what procedures can be taken to resolve internal family conflicts? Does the government have a say over issues between the husband and wife and the children?

The man is head over his own household, meaning, his family---this is the smallest yet also one of the chiefest forms of governance within Holy Eutopia, as the whole of Holy Eutopia is made up of strong families. There is a measure of autonomy here where others should not interfere in the dealings of a man with his family. However, the man is also subject to the elders of his community that he resides within. If the man acts out of line and becomes disorderly, then it is the job of the elders of his community and community members to set him straight. If he still does not correct his ways then the community elders will take legal action against that man.

With every family being integrating within a community, there is a very strong support system and wise guidance counsel dealt for each family. So we believe that it will be a very rare and almost unheard of occasion to see a family within Holy Eutopia break-apart due to internal conflict.

3.3. Would there be a sort of Embassy of the Holy Eutopia State in other countries of the world?

As Holy Eutopia grows, it will eventually become international. It is possible that there will become Holy Eutopian Embassies in certain countries of the world, as within Holy Eutopia, we will have citizens from all over the world.

3.4. Who owns the land?

The government—as a whole—owns all the land and the real estate that it sits on, including all of the offices and building spaces that the businesses use. Yet no one individual, even within the highest forms of government, can own any land or real estate.

3.5. Would every business venture be owned by the government? (e.g, a grocery store, a bakery, a restaurant, etc.) Who owns the businesses?

The verdict is still out on this one. And, does a business need to be owned by anyone or any organization? Can a responsible manager(s) suffice to launch and maintain an organized, legal, successful business venture? We cannot say for sure who would own businesses, but it is either that a) the government would own all the businesses, or b) no one would own any business but they would simply exist and be managed, or c) the founders or competent designated businessmen would own the business, as within other Capitalist, Socialist, and Communist societies.

Furthermore, the government--as a whole--does own all the land and the Real Estate that it sits on, including all of the offices and building spaces that the businesses use. No one person, even within the highest forms of government, owns any land or real estate.

3.6. How do you curb or prevent governmental corruption, like greed and totalitarianism, which many countries, especially Communist countries, have a notorious problem with?

We curb the greed factor through several means.

First, by eliminating the middleman—money; all monetary currencies.

Secondly, we have bylaws in place that state that even the elitists and those highest in power within Holy Eutopia, within its government or any sphere of control, be it security-wise, governmental, political, judicial, medical, educational, or otherwise, cannot have greater living standards than those of the lay populace. (Living standards include overhead, food, vacation, retirement, and privileges of all kinds. Government official privileges are the same as everyone else’s privileges, with the exception of certain types of security clearance levels.)

Thirdly, Holy Eutopia has bylaws in place that would forbid the existence of, or the resemblance of any existence of, or the formulation of—a totalitarian regime. Our supreme court—the Nazarene Sanhedrin—holds to an egalitarian patriarchal judicial system. The only man who wields supreme power and overarching providential control within Holy Eutopia Nazarene Israel is Yeshua our Messiah and King; and He does so from Heaven. So, no government official under the Third Heaven therefore can gravitate towards the level of totalitarian domination.

3.8. Would the Holy Eutopia Society be part of global organizations such as UN, NATO, IMF, ICJ, UNICEF, among others?

Definitely not!

3.8.1. And if not, how does Holy Eutopia intend to ward off the pressure that comes from this?

We would codify our non-involvement policies within the bylaws of the Holy Eutopian Society, which state that we will not enter into alliances or agreements with these organizations. All government officials and citizens within Holy Eutopia must adhere to these laws. Yet ONLY perhaps in strict business dealings might we—and that is a big ‘maybe’—do business with them, albeit with no other strings attached, be they political, territorial, governmental, or otherwise. And only financial business dealings and nothing else, yet even that is uncertain.

We can also use their money if they want to give us money, so long as there are no reciprocal obligations for us to perform on our end, or if those obligations are miniscule and would not compromise the integrity of Holy Eutopia.

3.9. How would it benefit any country to let Holy Eutopia come in and create, essentially, an enclave micronation within their country?

Well, if it is Bir Tawil that we are talking about obtaining, then we would not need to create an enclave micro-nation, as Bir Tawil is one of the very few places on Earth that is not owned and controlled by any government. The goal would simply be to occupy the territory. Yet, there still would be international diplomatic issues that would need to be navigated around; and that red tape would come in the form of permission from the government of Sudan to have port of access and air space access along their Eastern coastline of the Red Sea by the Egyptian border. If this can be attained, as well as an agreement with the government of Sudan for us to retain unhindered access and occupation of Bir Tawil, then this should be our primary push towards building Holy Eutopia there.

If it is any other territory within any country that we are speaking of, then we understand that most countries would not want to forfeit part of their own land to allow us to build the world’s first Utopian/Eutopian society there; because, for them, it is relinquishing too many resources and power. They would have many reservations and doubts as to whether or not this could be proven to be done for one, and secondly, they would want to know how this would serve their best interests. Simply put - we would have to package a deal for them that would be difficult for them to refuse. For instance, in order for our Holy Eutopian Society to assume ownership of their land and create our own separate micronation within their territory, we would have to also bless their nation towards prosperous growth, and bless them in many different ways, so much so that they would not want to turn us down. And as it concerns the Bir Tawil region, we would also need to package sweet deals for the government of Sudan to allow us access to the territory.

3.10. How Our Holy Eutopia Micronation Could Benefit the (?Host?) Nation

The ways wherein we would bless and benefit the benefactor nation of our enclave micronation, are as follows: Israelites are known for being a hard-working, innovative, and creative people. If the (?) Nation can help us to do this thing, then we can help develop (?) Nation to become an upper-middle-income to higher-income economy. We can aid them in the development of their cities and suburban townships, to become cleaner, greener, smarter, and far more economically efficient and sustainable. We can also help them to better develop and enhance their tourist sites and destinations–by donating our time, energy, resources, plans, talent, and skilled workers. We can have a direct positive influence in boosting their GDP, and assist them in establishing various startup organizations and businesses. We can help them develop their technological sector and in the engineering of robotics and AI (Artificial Intelligence) neural networks. The list goes on. The list is negotiable. This list is a series of blessings.

Moreover, if you bless the sons of Jacob, then you will, as a nation, in turn, be blessed. (c.f. Genesis 27:29)

4.0 Religion

4.1. Will this society foster a Jewish religion?

Our religion is actually primarily identified by way of our government - a Nazarene Israelite Theocracy. The first established society will adhere to ancient Hebrew customs and laws, and will largely also welcome Jewish manners and practices, because we are Hebrews. Yet, not exactly Rabbinically Jewish as a whole, even though we will harbor many Jews, but our society will be very close to the Jewish way of life above all other cultures.

Later there might be other offshoot societies of Holy Eutopia that establish their own version of what they believe to be the higher good, yet still integrate our principles and methodologies into their breakaway Eutopian civilization.

4.2. Obviously, people practice different religions and philosophies, including atheism. Is there a particular religious group that would be given priority to live in the Holy Eutopia? I know you talked about doing this first for the Messianic Israelites. What about the rest of the world?

One of the fundamental principles of Eutopianism/Utopianism is likemindedness with and between all of a society’s inhabitants. The less like-minded those inhabitants are, then the more division, strife, and lack of peaceful living that society will have to witness and endure. Therefore, it is out of our best wise and reasonable interest, founded on the principles of Eutopianism, to have our first starter society be composed of citizens who are like-minded in their religious beliefs. This belief system we have chosen possesses one of the highest degrees of moral standards of conduct in the world—and that is, Nazarene/Messianic Israel. Because internally we must be of one mind, it would be counter-productive to our ideology and Eutopian aspirations, and therefore difficult to allow people of other religions, especially atheists, to reside permanently within Holy Eutopia. This would be difficult for us to permit as their mindsets and philosophies might divide us internally. The final decision on how to deal with this will be left to the elders of our people.

It is likely that those outside of us will be at least permitted to visit and explore Holy Eutopia, however, being required to abide by our several societal rules.

5.0 Economics

5.1. How does the Holy Eutopian Economy work?

Holy Eutopia functions as a non-monetary, old-time proletarian anownerant minimalist economic system, which we call, 'The Ever-Ascent Economy'. The Ever-Ascent Economy is a moneyless society that functions by way of a system of non-monetary digital credits—called, an Equal Universal Full Assignment of Credits Program (EUFAC Program). Similar to UBI (Universal Basic Income) but still very different. The way this system works is that, on an individual level, a person fulfills his or her assigned task of daily labor and there is a minimum amount of daily hours that every person must work (between 3 to 6). They then digitally submit their hours (or their hours are automatically submitted) at the end of every day (or at the end of a daily work session) into a Time Bank and credits are then deposited into their bank account. They receive those credits in two different forms - basic and luxury. They also receive a weekly and monthly stipend of credits with consistent work. They then use those credits to 'purchase' goods and services. The digital credits are terminated upon completion of the transaction. The cycle continues.

5.2. What then does a man stand to lose by not working within Holy Eutopia? Since it appears there is no difference between the pay scale of the various levels of work, therefore not affecting the income. So, would it not also mean that not working would likely make little or no impact on the income of an individual as well, and of course, this doesn’t make sense.?.

The discussion here concerns a case where there is a lazy man in our society who does not work. How then should he be or not be compensated and dealt with? Well, there are many ways to penalize the unsanctioned lazies of our society. We are not for certain the exact steps we would take, but here are a few ideas that we propose regarding what the man would stand to lose if he does not work:

1) if they do not make any work submittals to the Time Bank and without authorized time off, then, after a short time, the Time Bank managers will be notified and inquire. If the lack of submittals is unfounded on behalf of the person that is being inquired upon, then the Time Bank Managers will likely first lessen his weekly or monthly stipend of credits. Then, if his laziness persists, they can then remove his weekly or monthly stipend of credits.

2) The community eldership council - beit din - leading the community that he is a part of has the power to determine if one of their members should be withheld from receiving benefits, ostracized, or even flogged for his laziness (now flogging does mean a whipping (public or private, depending on the crime committed), as mentioned in the Torah - Deuteronomy 25:2-3),

3) if flogging treatments do not work then there are other punishment methods that might be utilized to get his lazy ass in gear! In addition to this,

4) community members can also be encouraged to shun this man, and potentially his family also, depending on the situation. So, it could end up being that both this man and his family will find it difficult to live physically, socially, and emotionally, due to his laziness or rebellion. This should strike fear in the fellow to do what is right and contribute to society.

And it is a point to be made that we want to try to evade jail time for the miscreants and criminals of our society as much as possible, as it is more costly, and therefore potentially less efficient than flogging treatments or certain other punishment methods, yet the jury is still out on how effective flogging treatments are compared to long and hard jail time. However, if our society cannot achieve a 0% crime rate, then it is likely that we will have jails and prisons, but still, all the while issuing old-time inflictive methods of punishment in conjunction with the former.

5.3. How would the basic and luxury credits be allocated to citizens? Do you decide for instance that a citizen who works today gets basic credits, and then tomorrow he is due for luxury credits? Or is there a net credit divide between the basic and luxury categories given to the citizen?

This is explained in our macroeconomic flow chart as well as in the other documents. Each time a citizen is ‘allocated’ (vs. ‘paid’) credits by the National Credit Union—whether daily, weekly, or monthly—every time the deposit is made into their account, they are provided a certain amount of daily basic and luxury credits as well as a certain amount of weekly basic and luxury credits. The basic credits are used to spend on groceries, household toiletries, clothes, and a few other items. The luxury credits can be used for restaurants, higher-end luxury services, acquiring special or luxury items (jewelry or different techno-gadgets, etc.), etc. To answer the last question directly, there does exist a net credit divide between basic and luxury credits. We do not know exactly what it is now, but it will need to be determined later. We will eventually develop a policy, or, if necessary, a formula to determine this.

The rest of the process can better be understood by reviewing our Ever-Ascent Economy Macroeconomic Flowchart.

5.4. Do citizens of the Holy Eutopian Society all make the same or else different wages?

Well, first of all, they do not make money. Rather, they are ‘allocated’ *credits* on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. Secondly, yes, every member within Holy Eutopia receives virtually the same amount of credits irrespective of one’s special ability, talent, or skill. We say, ‘virtually’, because one’s receipt of credits only differs, and marginally at that, in regard to about 4 factors: 1.) depending on whether one is a patriarch of a family, 2.) depending on how many children one has, 3.) depending on where one is in an age bracket (older people get more credits than do younger people, though, not much more), and 4.) depending on whether one is male or female (males receive a little more credits than do females).

5.4.1. Would being qualified on the basis of two or more of these factors make one to earn more or is only one factor required to earn more?

The aforementioned 4 factors are stackable. The more of the above criteria they meet then the more credits they could potentially receive.

5.5. What if one person works 3 hours in a day and another person works 10 hours in a day, do they receive the same amount of credits as their daily wage?

There are pay, or rather, ‘credit allocation’ differences based on the number of hours worked but there are no credit allocation differences based on skill level. For example, a guy who may hold several Ph.D.’s who works the same 6 hours in a day as another guy who barely received his General Education Diploma—both would receive the same wages for working 6 hours in a day.

For each person, there are also a minimum number of hours that must be met and a maximum number of hours that, if exceeded, will not be 'credit-allocated' beyond.

5.6. In this case, if being a Ph.D. holder does not count toward better, individualized incentivization, do you not think this would stifle or stagnate the desire for higher learning, innovation, invention, and the like among individuals? Since, if I were a highly educated inventor, even though I work the same hours as a high school graduate, I still would receive the same amount of credits as the high school graduate. Do you not think this prevent or discourage people to do more or better things for Holy Eutopia.?.

We resort to a modern example of this same wage policy and prove that it does work. There is a successful, thriving, happy communal society in India called, ‘Auroville’. They have been operating since 1968, and have a population of over 2,800 people (2018 stats). In this community, everyone makes the same wage, and they don’t fuss about it, and people there are very happy. And astonishingly, this society allegedly boasts a 0% crime rate. [See: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Auroville; Accessed: 4/7/22. Also, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6w3fWu7lqJo ; Accessed: 4/7/22.]

Also, in working to benefit the greater society as a whole, the citizens of Holy Eutopia spend their time doing things that will actually bring about a better and more lasting change and greater good for the society, rather than wasting their time doing frivolous things that won’t; such frivolous, aimless, worthless actions which only plague Capitalist countries–not better them, are not to be even given room enough to breathe within Holy Eutopia.

We would also say that this same wage policy would be a good reason for people to put more investment in the higher spiritual realities than on the Earthly realities, as they would understand that their time is better spent on the pursuit of other more important things, as this unique economic system makes the pursuit of personal wealth acquisition not as important, and not as near as appealing as wealth-building in a capitalist society, whose end goal is to get out of the rat race by the vast accumulation of more and more personal wealth. Holy Eutopia places more emphasis on holy spiritual progress than on physical progress.

One might point out that within Holy Eutopia, we do not give more to someone based on how hard he or she works, or how intelligent their work position is, as with a Capitalist economy. Now, to several people from the outside world, this type of structure and these types of policies may come across as sexist, unfair, illogical, and even self-destructive. Yet the unfairness factor, which seems almost unjust, is ultimately an expression of lending a helping hand to the less affluent and successful within the society. It is a means of supporting the weak, unlike in Capitalism, where it is survival of the fittest, and where only the strong survive and the weak are left behind. Moreover, the citizens of Holy Eutopia have a paradigm shift in their thinking which sets them apart from the rest of the world—they don’t think so much in terms of how I can benefit myself and my family. Moreover, they think in matters of benefiting the society as a whole—like the hive of bees or the colony of ants mentioned earlier. Which is why mentally, they can cope with and be comfortable with the idea of working more intelligibly, or harder than their neighbor citizen and still make the same wage as him or her.

And concerning the sexist argument, we have mounds of statistical research backing up our policies and bylaws for this newfound society why the patriarchate is most ideal, as opposed to a gender-egalitarian society. Moreover, there have been thousands of years worth of man’s civilized existence that have proven, and still prove, that patriarchal societies have succeeded in mankind’s continuity and prosperity. And there will be thousands of years left in our future to prove to the rest of the world that it will succeed, yet again. We are merely receiving and passing on the baton.

[Note - Holy Eutopia received the baton from the Hebrew culture.]

5.7. Why is the credit allocation system not based on the skill level of the individual? This doesn’t seem fair.

See the answer to the previous question (5.6).

5.8. If I cannot reuse the credits after receiving them (due to their immediate cancellation), then why would I want to receive those credits in the first place?

For example, if I sell jewelry, I receive x amount of luxury credits for making the jewelry but cannot reuse those luxury credits after I receive them because the credits terminate upon transaction. Why then would I want to 'give' to someone else my jewelry that I worked hard to make?

Answer: There are two elements which cause this aspect of the credit system to still function and maintain Holy Eutopia's economic engine - 1) contractual hire, and 2) same wage policy.

Contractual hire in the context of Holy Eutopia's economic system, is like someone who is hired or contracted by their employer to make jewelry for their employer's business in the secular world. So likewise concerning a jeweler within Holy Eutopia - they are commissioned (via contractual hire) by the Holy Eutopian Labor Division to make jewelry for any interested party, either for online customers, locals, or travelers. The sellers compensation comes not from the 'sale' of a product, but from government provisions for doing their assigned duty. These compensatory provisions come in the form of housing, food, healthcare, education, transportation, luxury credits, etc.

The same wage policy within Holy Eutopia is tantamount in the secular society to (the jeweler analogy continued...) this jeweler agreeing to work for a particular salary for their employer. They simply do their job--whether it is to find gems, cut gems, or to sell gems, and they are content with their agreed upon wages. They are not concerned with trying to find and implement the schemes which maximize their profits as everyone makes virtually the same wages. [*Note - this will have a huge psychological beneficial impact on our society as it will shift the focus from money-making means and ends to positive family-building, community-building, and society-at-large-building means and ends. Personal wealth building is a lost cause within Holy Eutopia. And due to this, emphasis and values are diverted to other more important things of life.]

So likewise, a jeweler in Holy Eutopia has a set amount of benefits that they receive from the Labor Division in turn for their agreed upon contribution to society. They are content with their wages and so do their job, irrespective as to whether or not they are able to reuse Holy Eutopian luxury credits which they receive (and which are subsequently and immediately cancelled) upon the sale of an item. The receipt of Holy Eutopian luxury credits for the sale of an item does not matter to them. Therefore, that is why the seller of any product within Holy Eutopia can "sell" a product without profiting from it; simply put, the business deals are done and everyone is still compensated and remains content and happy. This is how it works.

5.9. There is the school of thought that cryptocurrencies and decentralized finance (DeFi) fix the economic blunders of the world by way of decentralizing transactions, and eliminating the need for banksters, and therefore a reason for the world to adopt its usage. How would Holy Eutopia’s economy relate to cryptocurrencies? Would they or would they not adopt their usage?

In our book, we list, from what we deem as greatest to least, or, ‘most like Eutopia/Utopia’ to ‘least like Eutopia/Utopia’ economic systems. And we lay each one out as Plan A, Plan B, Plan C, Plan D, and Plan E. Plan A being the most ideal system down to Plan E being the least ideal system. Blockchain and cryptocurrency technologies, even though they have their advantages over monetary banking systems as unhackable decentralized finance, they would still sit right around Plan E for us. And while cryptocurrencies are decentralized and digital, they are not and should not be the path taken to achieve Eutopia, as cryptocurrencies are still a form of money, and thus, bound by all the negative qualities and consequences that are attached to and stem from money usage. Holy Eutopia then does not internally make use of cryptocurrencies.

5.10 Let's talk about entertainers (singers, dancers, actors, athletes, etc), creators, novel writers, artistic painters, etc. What do these people get in return for their artistic skills or crafts? Is it Holy Eutopia Credits? Or it would be regarded as something done out of free will to benefit the Holy Eutopian Society? If not, what other way(s) can they be rewarded? Also, would there be legal bodies to protect their works, or would it be managed by the government?

Well, just as in our naturalistic societies today, someone succeeds in a certain artistic skill or expression because they are very good at what they do AND because there is a demand for what they do, often a ‘collective demand’ over a ‘private demand’ in more cases than not. Yet the demand (either private or collective) must come first before the skill can become something valuable in which that society will support. A person can be a master at making unique rock balancing monuments, but if no one else cares about his artistic expression, then such an individual most likely needs to go back to the drawing board and try a different means of expressing his creativity. In Holy Eutopia, it is not an entertainment-saturated society like America, as we place more emphasis on spiritual, educational, health-improvement-related, inventive, and scientific matters of life. Thus, the demand in Holy Eutopia will still be there for various kinds of artistic expression, but not as much. This in turn will likely mean that there will be fewer kinds of artists within Holy Eutopia, and it also means that it will be harder to succeed as an artist within Holy Eutopia. Yet, of course, Holy Eutopia will still yield at least some degree of demand for many different artistic expressions.

If a certain artist does manage to succeed within Holy Eutopia—where, success for an artist in Holy Eutopia means: 1.) there is a proven demand for artistic expression, 2.) the artistic expression is approved (acceptable versus unacceptable), and 3.) the artist has the ability to exhibit professional quality skills or crafts in their particular area of artistry—then the society will support them, and they will get paid in the same manner, and with the same figures just like everyone else in the society.

Now, will their work be protected from copyright infringement? Well, our society will largely abolish copyright laws. Yet artist's works are still mostly protected, as if someone makes fair use of another’s work, then they at least have to reference it and give proper credit to whom credit is due.

5.11. Since Holy Eutopia runs a cashless society, would there be some sort of electronic card used for transactions? Or would everything be integrated within your personal ID-tag; which carries all your information, as well as a means of transaction?

The Holy Eutopian ID card is separate from one’s H.Eu. Credit Card. Every citizen has both, including children, starting at about the age of 7. Giving credits to children at such a young age teaches them to learn to be responsible with their credits when they get older.

5.12. Can I still own property and be a citizen of Holy Eutopia?

Private property within Holy Eutopia is defined as all goods which are not stationary. So, essentially, most things which you can move and take with you—these kinds of things people can own—such as clothing, jewelry, furniture, tools, appliances, and light-duty equipment. Other property such as land and buildings, these are not owned by the people but the government has rights over these things. And as such, it is the duty of the government to provide up-to-date comfortable residences for all of its citizens. Most vehicles are provided for free of use and therefore are not needed to be owned individually.

This is not finalized, however, as of now our plan is to set every citizen within Holy Eutopia a forbearance period of two years before their assets become the property of Holy Eutopia. Upon entry, a person’s assets go on legal record into an escrow account. The duration of the escrow is two years from the point a member of Holy Eutopia assumes legal physical residence within Holy Eutopia. Then after two years, the assets become the property of Holy Eutopia. Any time within this two year duration, a member of Holy Eutopia can leave the society by their own choice, and go back to resume their lifestyle as it was previously with all of their assets intact.

It is likely that those who are first in, will also be those who will be privileged to obtain management or governing roles or positions of authority within Holy Eutopia.

6.0 Application Process

6.1. What are the prequalifications for selecting people to live within the Holy Eutopian Society, should it be successfully established?

First of all, the prequalification approval process is determined before establishment and will continue in perpetuity. And, one must know that Holy Eutopia is classified as a religious Eutopia. And for that, we want this to first be a place for Messianic Israel. So, those of this belief system who have a proven track record of being a part of this religious movement and who have applied will be the first ones selected. And even still, there must be a lot of ground rules and policies that must be put in place in order to make it work on a large societal level, as the policymaking process will be quite extensive. We just need to lay the groundwork and the foundation so that we can achieve launch mode. Then once it is launched, we can work on the finer details later.

6.2. What does the application process entail for becoming a citizen/ or member of the Holy Eutopian Society?

Even though we may not have enough financial backing or legal grounds to start building Holy Eutopia, every person’s involvement in this project and their application submissions make this project more credulous in the eyes of donors, philanthropists, and investors. Therefore, we want to begin the application process as soon as possible and we want to get as many like-minded people and approved applications as we can to make this movement stronger, with a demonstrative stance to the world about what we intend to do with such a grandiose Heavenly feat.

The steps to application submission and approval for an individual applicant are as follows:

  1. Review as much material as possible on this site and in our videos and the material covered in our upcoming book—understand as much as you can about Holy Eutopia. We also would have a section of bylaws that a person would need to familiarize themselves with (yet to be drafted).

  2. Since our pioneering archetypal Holy Eutopian Society will be composed only of Nazarene/ Messianic Israelites, then you need to be a Nazarene/Messianic Israelite who is, ideally, already involved within a physical community or takes part in regular physical Nazarene/Messianic gatherings. Precedence will be given to those who are more involved or proactive with their physical communities in this end as opposed to those who are not.

  3. After a minimum of one year of proven involvement within a Nazarene/Messianic Israelite congregation and/or community, then one can consider submitting an application for Holy Eutopia. (Online fellowship does not count. One must be physically involved with a congregation or community.)

  4. Once we get enough trustworthy staff on board to help screen the applicants, then we will have a multiphase personal screening and interviewing process for all submitted applicants. (This likely won’t be until we have a substantial amount of capital to consider building.)

  5. Acquire land from (?) Nation. Once this has been accomplished, we can then follow through with the rest of the application process.

  6. Once an applicant is approved, we schedule and conduct in-person training, relatively close to our launch date.

  7. We establish our starter dome-home link station community living centers. These community living centers will house our workers for the years that it will take to build our Holy Eutopian Metropolises and surrounding supraterraformed paradisaical oasis.

  8. Begin construction on the Holy Eutopia region.

6.3. What about people who donate a substantial amount of funds and feel they have a 'right' to live in the Holy Eutopian Society? How would you handle this?

Well, to live within Holy Eutopia, it is going to take more than one’s money. An individual would also have to abide by the laws of our newfound civilization.

And, if they agree to abide by the laws and policies that we have established, then by all means, we would love to have them come in. In fact, it would almost be foolish for them not to come in, because who has ever seen such a thing!? Or who has ever heard such a thing; as a Heavenly Holy Eutopian civilization built upon the Earth!?

6.4. When welcoming new members or citizens, how do you discern between a morally upright person and a morally corrupt person that wants to live within Holy Eutopia? Do you have to check records of their past activities?

We have to do background checks on ALL applicants and see their history if they are criminals or not, and/or what kind of strikes they have against them. And there will also need to be an extensive interviewing process and referral base that the interviewer can contact to verify the applicant’s involvement with a Messianic/Nazarene Israel community, congregation, organization, or established group of people.

6.5. Will priority be given to a family over single individuals when deciding who lives within Holy Eutopia?

While one of the ways of advancing the Holy Eutopian civilization is to empower the family unit, it is not necessarily the case that priority would be given to a family over single individuals. Certain singles may be given priority over families or vice versa. It depends on the persons applying.

7.0 Citizenship

7.1. What will be required of the Holy Eutopian citizens?

We have rules in place that must meet minimum requirements for: 1.) individual spirituality, 2.) work standards, 3.) communal standards, 4.) health standards, 5.) wellness standards, 6.) higher education standards, 7.) residential living standards.

In Holy Eutopia, there will be mandates for a minimum number of work hours that one must put in each day (not merely weekly, but daily) - likely around 5 hours per day. This number is required from the ‘working class’, which is from about 21 to 65 years of age; not the ‘educational class’ which is from about 1 to 20 years of age. Now, there will be several times when the children (6-9), early adolescents (10-13), and youth (14-19) will be required to work, for different events or whatever the case may be. And it is important that we instill a good work ethic in a person when they are young so that they do not grow up to become spoiled brats.

There will also be a minimum of 3 hours of weekly community service. The 3-hour community service contribution can take on many different forms, from contributing to the community gardens to helping someone who is elderly to making a repair in the synagogue or community building, cooking a community meal, etc. Community service does not include personal work or in-family work.

There will also be a minimum number of educational hours that each and every citizen - both young and old - must put in each day. This load will be quite stout for all youth ages (13-39), especially those of the educational class. Exceptions will be made for individuals as it pertains to their marriage, family, age, or health status. So, less or more educational requirements will be placed upon a person depending upon these aforementioned factors. Yet, as a starter society, it is likely that we will be expecting more out of our citizens throughout at least the first decade.

There will also be certain health standards that people are required to meet. For example, they would be required to get health check-ups monthly (some weekly depending on their age) and dental work done quarterly or bi-annually.

The requirement policies for the citizens have not been finalized and need to be drafted by a preliminary Holy Eutopia eldership council.

The requirements will be a bit heavy compared to most nations but will not be so heavy that they would discourage people from coming into Holy Eutopia.

7.2. Once Holy Eutopia is established, how long will it take for me to become a full naturalized citizen of Holy Eutopia?

There is a probationary period for everyone who enters Holy Eutopia. This period is between one and a half to two years. After this time, the individual will receive an evaluation. Based on this evaluation, the designated Holy Eutopia elders and overseers will determine if the individual will continue with Holy Eutopia or be excommunicated. The first few years will be very fragile for us and so will be tightly monitored and guarded. This is to help ensure our survival, security, success, and continued growth of our society.

7.3. Let's assume that I become a citizen of Holy Eutopia upon establishment, can I still have communication (at full level) with the rest of the world? Or would there be some sort of restrictions to this?

So, the ‘holy’ in Holy Eutopia is from the Hebrew, kadosh, meaning, ‘set apart’. Thus, the Holy Eutopian Society is ‘set apart’ from the rest of the world in virtually every way of life. At first, we might be linked up to the global Internet, but then, once we have enough societal citizens (probably around 50,000), we will then want to create our own Intranet, which is a unique digital internal Internet network limited only to those citizens within Holy Eutopia.

Citizens within Holy Eutopia will still be able to make calls internationally.

7.4. What if a citizen decides to leave the society for good, for reasons best known to him or her? Does the government allow for this?

Yes, and this might happen quite frequently at first, but after around 3 years of our established society, we will have certain laws surrounding this. For example, once we have an established thriving society, and if for example, a person, after becoming a citizen then afterwards decides to leave, they will be free to do so, but will likely face consequences. This will be up to the judges of Holy Eutopia to determine what those consequences would be.

7.5. If a citizen decides to leave the society for good (reasons best known to him/her), would their information (including their H.Eu. credits) be wiped out from their account database?

While their information would still be stored in the Holy Eutopian database, their credits would probably be transferred over to the National Credit Union upon their leave.

8.0 Miscellaneous FAQs

8.1. What measures have you put in place to prevent other organizations and governments of the world from stealing your ideas?

These ideas are to benefit all of humanity, and so we have made them open-source. Therefore, they cannot be ‘stolen’. Rather, we want people to integrate these plans into their societies in order that they change their societies for the betterment of themselves, their future, and for the rest of humankind.

8.2. We believe that Holy Eutopia can exist with little to no crime. So what measures will you put in place to prevent crime? Is there a sort of policing or security or military measures that will be taken?

Yes, there will be national security, police, and communal security within Holy Eutopia. We even plan on implementing Torah police. We would not want to entertain the crazy idea to defund our police departments, like the weak godless leftists in America, unless of course it can be demonstrated that indeed, we have nearly nil to no crime in our society; or if crime could be managed and dealt with by our communal elders.

8.3. Does the Holy Eutopia Educational System decide where a student best fits and functions in the society as they grow, based on their performance or assessment scores? Or are they given the free-choice to choose where they feel they would function better? And also, do their parents have a say in this?

There is an equal educational opportunity within Holy Eutopia. Relatively speaking, every child and/or underaged youth, no matter how smart or unintelligible, receives the same kind of quality high standard of education. There are however exceptions, for example, certain children that are too far behind might need to get assigned a special tutor, or else be held back a grade, or else, if it's bad enough, might need to be put into a special needs learning school.

Education is non-coed. Students under the age of 20 do not get a choice in the matter of what kind of education they will receive. Above 20 years of age is higher collegiate level learning and they can choose their electives or trades. Higher collegiate level learning is required from all citizens, even from mothers with children. Parents do have a say in their children’s education to a certain degree. Parents can choose to do a partial-homeschool method with their child, where the children can stay at home and learn all but 2 days out of the week. Those 2 days they are required to attend school, or a kind of homeschool co-op.

8.4. What language or languages would be the national or primary languages used within Holy Eutopia?

Hebrew, Aramaic, English; and in that order. These are the primary languages. Also, we would teach to a child or youth the native language of a culture or country that they or their parents had previously immigrated from.

8.5. Would Holy Eutopia have its own system of measurements for time, length, mass, temperature, electric current, etc. which are different from the rest of the world?

Concerning clock time, it would be the same sexagesimal system that we use universally around the world.

Concerning days, weeks, and years, we would utilize the ancient first century Hebrew Temple calendar. However, it is likely at first we would use the Jewish civil calendar. (Various Hebrew groups with different calendars would be permitted to keep their own calendar in addition to the national calendar of Holy Eutopia, and only if their calendar is a registered calendar with a substantial amount of followers.)

We would use Biblical Hebrew forms of length and weight measurement as well as metric forms of length and weight measurement. These would be our national standardized forms of measurement.

8.6. What kind of clothing is permitted to be worn in the Holy Eutopian society generally? And are there any special uniforms worn to distinguish each working group?

We do take a traditionally modest approach to dress in this society, so many Western clothes, especially the more revealing kind of female clothes, would most likely not be permitted within our society. Yet, the strictness factor of modest dress would primarily be dependent upon the rulings of the government and also, each community. We cannot say exactly sure how this will work in detail as yet.

8.7. You mentioned somewhere that all forms of immoral activities are banned, such as pornography. I believe citizens would have access to smart gadgets like PCs, smartphones, iPads, etc. What measure would be put in place to prevent citizens from bypassing access to such content? Would every device that is owned by citizens be preinstalled with a software or hardware that blocks this?

As with several countries, they have nationwide networks that don’t allow certain things to be seen or viewed, like China and several of the Arabian countries. We would use nationwide VPN-proof firewall networks that forbid access to such things. And we would keep this system up-to-date to block any kind of material like pornography from our networks.

People still however bypass VPN-proof networks. (e.g China banned cryptocurrency, and yet statistics show that China has one of the highest numbers of people who still buy, sell, and hold cryptocurrencies.) Thus, it is likely that we would  need to develop reverse counter networks to block their bypass algorithms.

8.8. How would Holy Eutopia deal with ethnic/racial diversity?

Concerning those citizens who do come into Holy Eutopia; seeing as how they would come from all around the world; we would try to keep the various ethnic groups together, especially if they have a different mother tongue, as we would want to preserve their language and distinct cultural elements. And we would outlaw racism. We would encourage intra-racial marriages yet would not forbid inter-racial marriages between the various sub-tribes and cultures.

Concerning the different tribes of Israel, we would want to strengthen their bloodlines, and hence, we would want to have one from the tribe of Gad marry another from the same tribe; same goes for Issachar; same goes for Zebulon; same goes for Dan, etc., for all of the tribes.

8.9. How can I help contribute to this project?

Firstly, please pray about this project and tell others to pray for us concerning this matter. And in your prayers, request that Eloah (God’s) will be done, and speak life and blessings and provision over this project, according to His will. And pray against any and all curses that come against the work of Holy Eutopia.

Secondly, there are financial options and volunteer options—

You can donate any set amount as a one-time offering or set up your contribution as a continual monthly offering.

If you would like to volunteer, to any capacity, we can use all the help we can get, especially for content writing, researching, and grant writing. We also need help with design work, engineering, smart city planning, architectural rendering, exotic landscape design, mechanical engineering, etc. Please visit our Contribute page for more details.

8.10. We are looking at a society where the economic, educational, health, environmental and technological fabric is intended to be perfect or near-perfect. How would you seek the best of hands to work with you on this?

We want to reach people who share a common belief and interest in building such a magnificent unprecedented society—the likes of which have never been done before. We are requesting that they turn to Eloah (God) and pray for us, for this project, and for the sake of the Kingdom of Heaven. And that, just as the children of Israel, when building the Tabernacle (mishkan), every man contributing who had a willing heart, and with all the tribes of Israel joined together in a single effort, made their contribution. The end result was that they had more than enough items to use for the construction of the Tabernacle and so constructed the Tabernacle. Likewise, it is our contrite prayer that Elohim’s (God’s) people recognize this vision, and with a willing heart, contribute to this monumental endeavor that has the potential to change the world and our future.

8.11. How many Nazarenes/Messianics do you believe will support this project?

We suspect that there are somewhere around 2 to 3 million Messianic Israelites worldwide—including all of the different groups, sects, factions, colors, and flavors. There are several different names for all the diverse kinds of groups, yet most of us would agree that we come under the umbrella of ‘Messianic Israel’. And, even if 5% of this number were to fully support this project, then we could easily launch Holy Eutopia successfully.

8.12. When did this vision have its inception and how long have you, as the founder, been thinking this through?

I would say this idea had its inception back in 2008, but under a different title and different malleable forms—both in regards to the government and the economic system. Concerning the economic system, I have been mulling this over in my mind for more than a decade, but it wasn’t until 2020, during COVID lockdown and while in the South Asian country of Myanmar, that I actually began the development of a more robust version of this radical macro-economic system—the Ever-Ascent Economy; even though, over the years, I have been working off and on this project. Now it's time to finish the race!

8.13. How much will it cost to build Holy Eutopia?

The total cost to construct the surface metropolises, subterranean metropolises, quarried lakes, underwater exhibits, all high-rise buildings, theme parks, museums, water canals, super-tech transport infrastructure, civil infrastructure, and the surrounding paradisiacal oasis and afforestation pockets, we foresee could be somewhere around $80 billion USD, if it is to be done in Bir Tawil, Africa. This is a rough ballpark guesstimate, and we arrived at this number based on a similar Megaproject that will be constructed in Saudi Arabia - the Line City - Neom.

And of course, we will take a multi-phase construction approach. We believe that, so long as we have the land and unimpeded access to the land, that we can begin implementation of Phase I with as little as $600 - $630 million USD, according to our estimates.

8.14 Is there a certain designated number of people that you foresee should be met in order to fully physically launch the Holy Eutopia project in location A within the Nubian Desert?

Yes, we believe that number should be no less than 9,000 approved applicants. And these approved applicants should be from several different countries—an approved group of applicants per country. (Example: 1,500 from India; 3,000 from USA; 500 from Israel; 2,000 from Mexico; etc.) We arrived at this number because we want no less than 3,000 approved applicants to actually follow through with this and move on site with us and actually help us to begin building Holy Eutopia. And, as usual, sadly, we only expect about â…“ of all approved applicants (or maybe even less) to follow through with this to the point where they will build with us. However, if more than 3,000 show up in the first wave of immigrants, then the better off we will be.

8.15. What are your goals for the Holy Eutopia project?

We have several goals. A few are as follows:

1.) To produce a scholarly publication, thoroughly touching on all aspects of Holy Eutopian Society.

2.) To become experts in Eutopian/Utopian Economics.

3.) And arranging meetings with leaders and ambassadors from other countries, to discuss how we might be able set up a Holy Eutopian Society within their country, or even to be able to transform their urban centers into Eutopian centers.

4.) To raise capital from philanthropic donors or organizations that contribute to our efforts and research; for afforestation, desert reversal, smart city building, garden city design and building, etc.

5.) To gain a massive support group, through grass roots movements and social media.

6.) And through our massive support group, to also gain many volunteers for research, design, policy-making, and content writing.

7.) To develop a 3D virtual design model of Holy Eutopia and run simulations through it to see how the society will function. This model we want to be able to integrate into virtual reality and the Metaverse. And finally,

8.) To actually witness the establishment of our first Holy Eutopian Metropolis and Society.

Frequent Objections

(Here are some objections we might receive.)

Objection #1: There are too many rules for your Holy Eutopia. I feel that my liberties would be compromised and I would be burdened and restricted by all the rules of your society.

Counter objection: Do you not know that the very reason why you have and experience freedom now is because there is law in your society? And if it was so that you did not have law within your society then it would quickly resort to chaos and violence and crazed appalled living conditions.

Moreover, principle number 2 is that higher levels of discipline make for a higher quality of life. High standards of law merged with high standards of discipline equal higher quality of living for our inhabitants.

Now, on the flip side, we would not want to place too much weight on people with regard to too many restrictions either. So, there will be breathing room for our citizens. This we understand.

Objection #2: A person working with a Ph.D. shouldn’t be earning the same amount as one who just only recently graduated high school. Otherwise, the essence of education would be reduced to nil. And to be frank, compensation--be it money or Eutopian credit or whatever digital means of reward--is a motivation for work. Take that away, and people would think twice before doing it. In normal societies, work is compensated by a reward (money) that will affect the economic system in a positive way. A working economy has people who are 'working' and 'contributing'. A regressive economy has people who are not working but rather consuming. What is your response to this?

Counter objection: First of all, see the related question 5.1. How does the Eutopian Economy work? Secondly, in Holy Eutopia, the reward for achieving higher education is not to be able to obtain a more prestigious position within a company, nor to heap up more and more riches or personal property or private assets, as is a similar mentality and motive in virtually all monetary-laden countries. Rather, one of the main purposes of achieving higher education within Holy Eutopia is to benefit the society as a whole. If a man consciously knows that he will only have the same quality of living standards as his fellow neighbor who received very little education, then his mental resort and motive then would be to a) improve and grow his own personal consciousness and awareness, and/or b) benefit the society at large, knowing that his higher education has very little if any direct impact on the quality of his living standards. And this, literally, one man, each man, can do—they can make a lasting change for the betterment of the greater whole of society. The man who has achieved higher education realizes he is taking part in the bigger picture and making a more lasting, larger difference with the results of his higher education.

So too, one whose end is greed and lucre will be rather careless to help benefit and change society for the better, as his end goal is for personal gain, and not so much for societal gain. The economic system of Holy Eutopia is designed in such a way so as to curtail this greedy, selfish ambition and inefficient desire.

Moreover, we are more than just a ‘working economy’ - we are a collective living colony of revitalized people with holy breath and spirit; and we are Elohim’s (God’s) children who seek to become more unified with our Creator, with His people, and with His creation. And we seek to manifest the highest good for all.

Objection #3: With the government controlling and owning everything, there is an avenue for corruption within the government. In fact, the citizens will be powerless to prevent abuses, even abuses that could escalate to the level of the citizens becoming slaves. Think of Egypt. I really admire your vision and efforts to provide a Utopia, but unfortunately men’s hearts are the source of greed and corruption. Government ownership of land and buildings will inevitably lead to government corruption and control over the citizens.

Counter objection: First of all, see point 3.6. under 3.0 Government. Secondly, the Holy Eutopia Government as a collective whole owns the land and the buildings that sit on the land, but individuals within the government have the same ownership status as everyone else and can go no further. So, there are caps and limitations on what government officials can own as well as everyone else, from corporate owners to attorneys to bankers to judges to celebrities to peasants to merchants dealers, etc. - everyone’s living standards are virtually the same, with only slight marginal differences which are dependent on the size of their families. The only difference with government officials is that certain of them do have special access to high-level security clearances which the public does not have access to. Nevertheless, their living standards are the same as everyone else’s. Again, Holy Eutopia Nazarene Israel is like one big family, and so if one prospers, then everyone prospers; if one is poverty stricken, then everyone is poverty stricken. This is the way of righteous eutopianism.
